+ The Challenge

You're an emerging leader, and you're good at what you do, but you're hitting a ceiling. The next level requires a different set of skills, and you're not sure how to get there on your own.

+ What I Do

I help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE WORK TOGETHER

Real shifts. Measurable outcomes.

Here are some of the ways we can work together and the results.

Private Coaching

One-on-one coaching tailored to your specific goals. Sessions are 50 minutes, typically biweekly, and focused on practical growth—not abstract theory.

Areas we might work on:

  • Stepping into your first management role

  • Navigating complex stakeholder demands and office politics

  • Transitioning from individual contributor to leader

  • Preparing for Director, VP, or C-suite roles

  • Improving performance in high-pressure environments

  • Career transitions and exploring what's next

  • Navigating an exit from your current role

Assessments and Debriefs

Sometimes you just need a mirror before you can move forward. I administer and debrief:

  • 360-Degree Feedback — How do others actually experience your leadership?

  • WorkPlace Big Five — What are your natural tendencies under stress, and how do they help or hinder you?

  • FIRO-B — How do you interact with others, and what does that mean for your leadership style?

  • Change Style Indicator — How do you navigate change, and how does that affect your team?

Each assessment includes a personalized debrief that translates results into actionable development goals and not just a report that sits in a drawer.

Career Transitions

Whether you're moving up, moving on, or moving sideways, I help you clarify what you actually want—and build the plan to get there. This includes positioning, narrative, decision-making, and the practical work of navigating change with confidence.
